After identifying customer requirements, we then produce a Request for Quote, and solicit vendors capable of fulfilling said requirements. We then assess the responses, and provide analysis of the various vendors capabilities

Project Management

After defining, quantifying and publishing customer requirements, we then put together a project plan to provide a timeline and benchmarks for meeting customer goals and objectives.

Contract Negotiations

After vendor(s) selection, negotiate the best price for the goods and services to be procured on behalf of the customer if desired

Expense Management

 First we inventory the customer's communications portfolio. Next we verify with you that these are indeed the services you have and are paying for.  We then provide a report and work with your current vendors to correct  any billing errors and procure refunds where applicable
